The Phoenix Project provides a unique opportunity for young people to work with Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service (FRS). They provide an environment of discipline, inclusion and respect in order to promote a feeling of achievement and self worth, through a variety of mental and physical challenges at both a personal and team level.
Phoenix is an opportunity to work with the FRS, giving youngsters a variety of mental and physical activities with the aim to build team spirit and self-confidence. The principle aim of the Phoenix Project is to invest in young people. The FRS utilises the skills, experience and its reputation to address individual issues and improve community spirit and safety.
Life Video Productions spent three days at The Phoenix Project talking to everyone involved. Enjoy!
