LIFE in Hollywood.

Life have recently returned from a 16 day trip to L.A where we have been visiting a variety of different film studios in hope of picking up some movie making tips. With the average cost of making a feature-length Hollywood film coming in at a staggering $106.6 million (£66.6 million), it easy to see where all this money goes. Here are just a few snaps taken whilst on our trip state side and as you can see from the pictures, Americans certainly don’t  do things in halves.

1- ‘Fast and the furious’ test site. A behind the scenes glimpse of a special effects sequence for a high-octane action movie.

2- This set was made famous by Steven Spielberg’s ‘War of the Worlds’. It cost $2 million just to get the full-sized Boeing 747 to the set.

3-This is just one of many wrecked houses that sit opposite the crash site.

4- The worlds largest blue screen.

5- It seems everywhere you look in Hollywood a TV show or film being made.
